This program was developed using a food safety-based gluten management system developed by the Canadian Celiac Association and endorsed by Beyond Celiac in the United States. This certification program is the first and only certification program endorsed by the leading celiac disease organizations in both the United States and Canada. Certified clients are provided the option to include the Canadian Celiac Associations Logo or the Beyond Celiac Logo on products. Certified products are listed on the Allergen Control Groups website, referenced by the celiac disease associations.
