BRCGS Vulnerability Assessment for Food Fraud

Food Safety Net Services (FSNS) provides certified food safety training courses for food processing and manufacturing personnel. Our schedule includes both virtual (live, instructor-led) and in-person food safety courses at locations across the U.S.

Our food safety courses are taught by leading food industry technical authorities, and are primarily designed for:

  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control Supervisors and Technicians
  • Corporate Food Safety Managers, Directors, and Vice Presidents
  • Production and Plant Management/Personnel
  • HACCP Coordinators and Plant HACCP Team Members
  • Regulatory Affairs Supervisors

Dates/locations are subject to change. Virtual classes are live, instructor led through a digital platform. FSNS reserves the right to cancel/postpone classes if there is not a minimum of 10 participants at least 7 days prior to the class date.

FSNS Certified Food Safety Courses

This one-day course will provide you with a thorough understanding of vulnerability assessment for food fraud and enable you to use techniques to better identify and mitigate risks associated to raw materials in the supply chain. This is particularly useful when implementing product safety management systems and the requirements of the BRCGS Global Standards on site.

At the end of the course, you will:

  • Understand vulnerability assessment requirements for BRCGS
  • Understand what is meant by the term ‘food fraud’
  • Be able to identify the difference between vulnerability assessment, threat analysis critical control point and food defense
