FSNS Appoints Denise Sikes Vice President Human Resources

Sikes to Focus on Supporting Company’s Growth Initiatives

San Antonio, TX—November 30, 2016—Food Safety Net Services (FSNS), a leader in the microbial, chemical testing, and auditing of food and nutraceutical products for the food safety industry, today announced the appointment of Denise D. Sikes, SPHR, SCP, as Vice President, Human Resources. Sikes joins the company with 20 years’ experience in developing, delivering, and managing human resources strategies and teams.

In her new role, Sikes will direct all human resources activities for FSNS, including the creation of plans to develop and implement human resources strategies to support the company’s aggressive growth strategy for its multi-state operations.

Prior to joining FSNS, Sikes held multiple HR management roles, most recently as vice president human resources at CyrusOne, where she managed HR and payroll functions for multi-state and international operations, and vice president human resources for TDECU, a $1.8 billion dollar credit union. Previously, she worked at Capital One, Beazer Homes and BP Corporation. In these positions, Sikes focused on organizational development, strategic staffing initiatives, succession planning, employee development, and employee relations.

Sikes holds a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Baylor University, and earned her bachelor’s degree from University of Texas, San Antonio. Additionally, she holds her SPHR and SCP Certifications.
