Bob Cox Joins FSNS as SVP, Human Resources – CHRO

San Antonio, TX—October 8, 2018 – Food Safety Net Services (FSNS) announced that Bob Cox has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Human Resources – CHRO. Cox brings a wealth of leadership experience from various companies and has been instrumental in developing high performing HR teams to support company growth. As Senior Vice President of Human Resources – CHRO, Cox will oversee and mentor the HR Team to set HR Strategies that seamlessly integrate with FSNS business strategies.

Prior to joining FSNS, Cox held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at HVHC/Visionworks. While at HVHC, Cox oversaw key HR projects, talent acquisition and major business transactions. The company grew from 125 stores to over 750 stores and 9,500 employees with over 1 billion in revenue. Prior to HVHC/Visionworks, Cox served as Divisional HR Manager for The Home Depot, Inc., where he oversaw recruiting and talent management, compensation, training, and organizational development.

Cox received his business degree from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan and his MBA from University of Texas – San Antonio.
