Equipment and Testing Capabilities
Our FSNS Laboratories are equipped with state-of-the-art instruments. Our Chemistry lab includes High Performance Liquid Chromatographs (HPLC), Gas Chromatographs (GC), Inductively Coupled Plasma - Optical Emission Sprectrometers (ICP-OES) and Gas Chromatographs with tandem Mass Spectrometers (GC/MS/MS) for all of your analytical testing needs.

Our Microbiological testing equipment includes GDS, PCR BAX, and traditional thermocyclers all used to detect pathogens using molecular techniques. Our VIDAS and ELISA detect biochemical substrates of target pathogen proteins. Turn-around time is key and our Eddy Jet spiral plating machine allows for multiple serial dilutions to be plated on a single plate for a single sample. Flash and Grow and Petrifilm reader automatically count bacteria present in a sample.
